What an unforgettable night!

Initially, when I received an invitation to attend PrimEvil, I had reservations because I'm not a fan of horror or thrillers. However, I took a chance and attended the event, and to my surprise, I had an incredible time.

PrimEvil spoiled us with VIP/fast track wristbands a drink voucher and a chance to go on the High Ropes Attraction.

Our evening kicked off with a visit to Werehouse 51 - Toxic Mutation. We wisely chose to stay towards the back to prepare for what was in store. The attention to detail in prop design was astounding, and the actors' performances were incredible. Even at our vantage point in the back, we didn't miss out on any of the jump scares.

Next on our list was the Circus of Terror, which turned out to be the highlight of the night for me. The combination of tight spaces, spinning tunnels, and a foam pit added an extra layer of excitement. To intensify the experience, we wore headphones throughout this attraction, amplifying the immersion.

Following our adventure through Mayhem Manor, we decided to grab a meal at the 'Bitter & Twisted' Food Plaza. The selection was diverse, ranging from Thai cuisine and burgers to loaded fries and the classic Crepes & Waffles.

I opted for the Chilli Beef Brisket Loaded Fries, which I enjoyed alongside a Zombie Zest Beer.

The adventure continued as we ventured into The Crypt. The level of detail in these haunted attractions was truly outstanding, and the scare actors excelled in their craft, immersing us in a spine-tingling atmosphere.

Following that, our excitement peaked as we embarked on the Predator High Ropes. After a thorough safety briefing, our lovely attraction assistant, Reece, ensured our harnesses were snug and secure. The course featured the world's first parallel sky rails with twin lanes of zip wires, which added an exhilarating dimension to the evening's enjoyment. I would really recommend the High Ropes on your next visit!

Our last adventure for the night led us to Route 666. This normally calm, family-friendly dinosaur walkthrough was transformed into the eerie 'Longville' for the event. The actors continued to shine, staying in character and delivering an incredible performance throughout.

Overall the evening was incredible! I found myself getting lost in the adrenaline-pumping mazes and jumping at every unexpected scare. The whole event was so well-executed that I couldn't help but appreciate the effort put into making it a thrilling experience for everyone, even those like me who aren't typically fans of horror.

In the end, I'm grateful I decided to take the risk and attend PrimEvil. It turned out to be a night of unforgettable scares and fun, making me reconsider my stance on horror-themed events. If you're looking for a scaretastic evening, PrimEvil is definitely worth a visit!
