Tom Grennan
As the night drew to a close, Grennan treated the audience to an encore like never before… He asked everyone to go outside so he could meet us all, this is where he treated us to two more song performed onto of a van!!
The LCR was buzzing with anticipation on Wednesday evening, as fans gathered to witness the incredible talent of Tom Grennan. The British singer-songwriter had been making waves in the music industry with his soulful voice and emotionally charged lyrics, and it was clear that tonight was going to be something special. I was surprised that there was no support act, but it didn’t matter as Tom Grennan was truly sensational.
As the lights dimmed and the band took their positions on stage, the crowd erupted into cheers and applause. Tom Grennan emerged, radiating energy and charisma.
Kicking off the night Tom mentioned how “life has got a bit weird”, he said it felt like he was “living in a dream”. Tom performed ‘All these nights’ his powerful vocals filled the room, instantly captivating the audience. The crowd sang along in unison, creating an electric atmosphere that set the tone for the rest of the evening. I saw one girl on FaceTime with her mum during this song which I thought was incredibly special.
One of the standout moments of the night was Grennan's performance of ‘Found what I’ve been looking for’. This song was on the Fifa 18 soundtrack, so any fans of fifa would’ve know this. As he poured his heart and soul into every word, the emotional intensity truly moving. The song resonated deeply with everyone present, and it was a testament to Grennan's ability to connect with his audience on a profound level. Tom was talking to crowd members, saying hello to friends and family he had in the crowd; you could really tell how genuine he was.
Tom moved with an infectious energy, engaging with the crowd and making everyone feel like they were a part of something special, “a family” he quoted. The chemistry between Grennan and his band was evident, with each member delivering an outstanding performance that complemented Grennan's vocals perfectly.
As the night drew to a close, Grennan treated the audience to an encore like never before… He asked everyone to go outside so he could meet us all, this is where he treated us to two more song performed onto of a van!!
Tom Grennan and his guitarist climbed up onto a van and sung without any mic, backing, etc. just his voice and a guitar, it was truly mesmerising. I had never witnessed anything like this.
After, he came round and met so many of us fans that had managed to get to the front of the barrier. He was kind, funny and just so thankful for everyone there. He was truly one of the most genuine artists out there.
I believe there is so much more to come from Tom Grennan, big things are happening and most definitely coming.
His performance at the LCR was nothing short of spectacular. From his powerful vocals to his engaging stage presence, Grennan proved that he is a force to be reckoned with in the music industry. His ability to connect with his audience on an emotional level is a testament to his artistry and talent. If you ever get the chance to see Tom Grennan live, do not hesitate. It will be an unforgettable experience that will leave you wanting more.

There was very little messing about, charging through song after song, so that when the band departed after an hour, having knocked seven bells out of the drumkit, it felt like only half that time had passed.
