10.30am -12.30pm  From 12.30-1.20pm the Bar will be set up for Festival participants to bring their own lunches and eat together. One of the most powerful things you can do is to use a microphone to tell your story on a stage to a friendly audience. I have been using comedy as a way of coming to terms with being a flawed human for six years through silly songs, poetry and stand up.

This two hour workshop will help you get more comfortable with a microphone. Learn how to make your most embarrassing moments into a funny story. And feel the change that comes with the recognition that the audience really sees and hears everything that happened and still loves you.
