Teachers Network CPD - Matthew Bourne's New Adventures

Norwich Theatre’s Teacher Network provides a space for local teachers to make meaningful connections in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Join our Dance Artists for a Continuing Professional Development workshop that will introduce you and your colleagues to practical exercises, tools and tips for teaching dance and movement in the classroom.

In this session, we will share our experience of working with young people in a variety of settings and explore New Adventures’ dance style and choreographic approach through warm up exercises, physical games, dance phrases and creative tasks that can be added to your tool kit.

This workshop is ideally suited to teachers of Drama, Dance or those who teach dance as PE, with an interest in storytelling through movement.
