His poetry will have you laughing, crying, biting your knuckles in second-hand embarrassment, or all three, mixing history and melancholy with slapstick humour and inimitable energy. For roughly 18 years he has been producing videos assembled from fragments of existing television, film and assorted video ephemera with surreal, satirical or scatological intent. Previous video work has been described as “The kind of dream you might have if you spent the day drinking Red Bull and reading Private Eye and then fell asleep watching an Adam Curtis documentary”.
